Building a house starts with a solid foundation — and a process you can actually follow.
Most of the stress in a residential build comes from not knowing what happens next. These are the five stages every LA Elegant Homes project moves through, and what you can expect from us at each one.
Stage 01
Consultation
We start with a conversation — your block, your brief, your budget and your timing. No obligation, no pressure, and an honest view of whether what you want can be built for what you want to spend.
Stage 02
Design & Tender
Concept design is developed with you and then priced in detail. You see where the money goes before you commit, and changes are made on paper rather than on site.
Stage 03
Approvals
Engineering, certification and council or private approvals are coordinated by us. We identify early which pathway your project needs so the program reflects reality.
Stage 04
Construction
Trades are sequenced properly rather than stacked. You are kept informed at each stage, and variations are documented and agreed before the work happens.
Stage 05
Handover
Final inspection, a defects walk-through with you, documentation, warranties — and the keys.
