LA Elegant Homes is equipped to handle the design of your home as well as the entire construction process. By allowing us to manage the design process it will save you time and money by not having to prepare this by yourself or have you pay a different company to handle it for you.
By working together with us from the beginning and through the design and consultation, you will be involved in the communication process which involves the budgets, estimates and timeframes of the project. All the costs and estimates will be clearly explained to you just so that you can have peace of mind.
Different builds require a different amount of time and resources. These estimates will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any start of construction so that you can be aware of what the general timeframe will be. Of course, at the time there may be unforeseen delays, but if that is the case we will ensure that any issues are efficiently communicated.
